• 2 tbsp butter

• 3 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

• Salt to taste

Optional garnish:

• Fresh parsley

• Extra Parmesan cheese

  1. Prepare the oven
